- TDTolga DurOct 31, 20251.0They say the package hasn’t been delivered even though it definitely has and Royal Mail provided proof of this. Judging from the other reviews they seem to steal packages. Unsure why Royal Mail is still listing them as an option.

They wrongly allowed the parcel I had ordered to be picked up by Royal Mail for return just hours after it had been delivered. This return was not registered on any system so I have had a lot of admin to prove I did not receive the order. I never received the parcel and the items I ordered became unavailable.

It appears to be due to the footpath undergoing repair affecting access to the shop, but there is no sign advising when it will reopen. There appears no way to contact owners to arrange parcel delivery pickup which is very frustrating.
